2. Our Services

Shavira Digital provides:

• Music distribution to digital platforms
• YouTube Content ID and copyright management
• YouTube channel management and optimization
• Artist support and rights protection
• Music video production and promotional support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Own 100% rights to the music/content you submit, or
• Have legal authorization from the rights holder

We may request proof of ownership at any time.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of your content.

However, you grant Shavira Digital the right to:

• Distribute your content to platforms
• Claim, monetize, or block unauthorized use via Content ID
• Manage rights and royalties on your behalf

You are fully responsible for any copyright disputes arising from false claims.

5. Revenue Share & Payments

• Revenue share terms are defined in individual agreements with artists.
• All taxes, bank charges, and platform deductions are borne by the artist’s share unless agreed otherwise.
• Payments are made after receiving reports from platforms.

6. Prohibited Content

You must not submit:

• Copyright-infringing material
• Fake, spam, or misleading content
• Content violating platform policies

Violation may result in termination without notice.

7. YouTube Channel Management

If you apply for channel management:

• Your channel will undergo manual review
• We may accept or reject applications
• You must follow YouTube policies strictly

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt hacking, or abuse forms and support systems.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• False information is provided
• Copyright violations occur
• Terms are breached

10. Limitation of Liability

Shavira Digital is not liable for:

• Platform policy changes
• Demonetization by YouTube
• Revenue fluctuations
• Delays caused by third-party platforms

11. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
